The HMC830LP6GETR is a low-noise, broadband, fractional N-division phase-locked loop (PLL) with an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a base frequency range of 1500 MHz - 3000 MHz, and an integrated VCO output divider (1/2/4/6... /60/62 divider), together support the HMC830LP6GE to generate frequencies in the range of 25 MHz to 3000 MHz. The integrated phase detector (PD) and sigma-delta type modulator can operate at frequencies up to 100 MHz for wider loop bandwidth and excellent spectral performance.
