The DRV824x-Q1 device family is a fully integrated H-bridge driver suitable for a variety of automotive applications.

The DRV8242HQRHLRQ1 is a bidirectional full bridge driver with PWM or phase enable control. Designed with BiCMOS high-power process technology nodes, this single-chip power package device system provides excellent power handling and thermal performance, small package size and easy layout, but also provides EMI control, accurate current detection and diagnostic functions, and high robustness.
