The ADIS16547-3BMLZ is a complete inertial system including a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. Combined with signal conditioning for optimised dynamic performance. Factory calibration determines the sensitivity, bias and calibration characteristics of each sensor. As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation formula that provides accurate sensor measurements.
