The STA8090FGB is a single-chip standalone position receiver IC for multiple constellations (GPS/Galileo/GLONASS/BeiDou/QZSS).

Featuring ARM9 and wide IO, the STA8090FGB can be used as a GNSS-capable microcontroller in a very compact design, offering 256 kByte of internal RAM and 16 Mbits or 32 Mbits of internal Flash memory.

The minimal BOM makes the STA8090FG an ideal solution for cost-competitive small form factor products such as OBD dongles, safes, trackers, telematics, portable, handheld and sports accessories.
