The STA8090FG is a single-chip standalone position receiver IC for multiple constellations (GPS/Galileo/GLONASS/BeiDou/QZSS).
Featuring ARM9 and wide IO, the STA8090FG can be used as a GNSS-capable microcontroller in a very compact design, offering 256 kByte of internal RAM and 16 Mbits or 32 Mbits of internal Flash memory.
