The DAC8775IRWFR is a four-channel, precision, fully integrated 16-bit, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with adaptive power management designed to meet the requirements of industrial control applications. The adaptive power management circuitry, when enabled, minimises power consumption. When programmed as a current output, the supply voltage of the current output driver is adjusted from 4.5V to 32V by the integrated buck/boost converter based on continuous feedback of the voltage at the current output pin. When programmed as a voltage output, the circuit generates a programmable supply voltage for the voltage output stage (±15 V) The DAC8775 also includes an LDO to generate a digital supply (5 V) from a single supply pin.
