The LTC7003MPMSE is a fast, high-voltage side N-channel MOSFET gate driver that operates with input voltages up to 60V. The device includes an internal charging pump responsible for fully enhancing the external n-channel MOSFET switch, thus enabling it to remain on indefinitely. The device is ideal for high frequency switching applications or static switching applications where fast on and/or off times are required.
