The NXP 32XSG series is an extended version of the 12XSF (12XSF) with a maximum voltage range of up to 32 V. These eXtreme switches are designed for controlling and diagnosing various types of loads such as lamps, DC motors, PLCs, etc. It integrates the flexibility of SPI with 5.0MHz daisy chain support and analogue feedback.

- It incorporates the flexibility, safety, and stability that comes from supporting 5.0 MHz daisy-chained SPI, extended digital and analogue feedback.

- With low on-resistance and high integration, it reduces the power consumption of the whole module and saves space.
