The Quasi-resonant CoolSet™ ICE5QR0680BG is a fifth-generation quasi-resonant integrated power supply IC optimized for off-line switching power supplies in common-source, common-gate configurations. It comes in a single package with two independent chips, one is a controller chip and the other is a high-voltage MOSFET chip. With a proprietary new quasi-resonant operation, the IC enables lower EMI and higher efficiency while improving digital frequency reduction. The enhanced active burst mode allows flexible choice of standby power range. The product has a wide IC power supply operating range (10~25.5V) and low power consumption.
