ICE2QR0680Z is the first generation of quasi-resonant integrated power IC. It is optimized for off-line switching mode power applications such as LCD displays, DVD R/W, DVD Combo, Blu-ray DVDS, set-top boxes, etc. Operating the MOSFET switch in quasi-resonant mode, the SMPS is expected to have lower EMI, higher efficiency, and lower voltage stress on the secondary diode. Based on BiCMOS technology, the CoolSet®-Q1 series features an IC power supply with a wide operating range (up to 25V) and lower power consumption.
