The 1EDC20I12MH is A current-isolated single-channel IGBT driver in the PG-DSO 8-59 package that provides up to 3 A output current and an integrated active Miller clamp circuit with the same current rating to prevent parasitic opening. EiceDRIVER™ 1200 V high-side single-channel gate driver IC with typical l 4.4 A pull current and 4.1 A fill current in a wide-body package combined with CT (core-less transformer) technology for IGBTs.
