EiceDRIVER™ 2EDS8165H is an enhanced isolation gate driver for SMPS forced safety isolation barrier secondary side control. The 2EDS8165H has 1A/2A current and can be used for smaller MOSFETs or PWM signal/data decoupling, supporting extremely high power designs with local boost drivers. The device complies with UL1577, VDE0884-10, IEC62386 and IEC60950 safety certification standards.
