The ADUM4120ARIZ high-precision isolated gate driver is a 2A single-channel driver that provides true current isolation between input and output. The gate drivers operate from an input supply voltage of 2.5V to 6.5V, making them compatible with lower voltage systems.

The drivers are available in iCoupler technology and a 6-pin wide-body SOIC package with 8mm creepage distance for highly accurate 5kVrms isolation.
