ISO2H823V25 ISOFACE™ current-isolated high-side switches set a new standard for diagnostics in industrial control applications. ISO2H823V has integrated 2.5kV current isolation and therefore meets the requirements of IEC 61131-2 for enhanced isolation. Each of the eight channels has 5x diagnostic monitoring capabilities, including open load (active mode driver on, inactive mode driver off), VBB short, overcurrent (=GND short), and overheat.
