The MCF8329A1IREER provides a single-chip, code-free, senser-free FOC solution for applications that drive brushless direct current motors (BLDC) or Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). The MCF8329A offers three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving both high-end and low-end N-channel power MOSFETs. The device utilizes an internal charge pump to generate the correct gate drive voltage and enhances the high-end MOSFETs with a bootstrap circuit. Built-in trickle charge pump supports 100% duty cycle. The MCF8329A is available with a single power supply and supports a wide input power range from 4.5 to 60 V.
