The MCF8316A1VRGFR offers single-chip, code-free, senser-free FOC solutions for speed control 12 to 24 V brushless DC motors (BLDC) or Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) with peak currents up to 8 A. The MCF8316A integrates three 1/2H Bridges with a 40V absolute maximum voltage and 95mΩ ultra-low RDS(ON) (high side and low side combined). The power management series of adjustable step-down regulators and Ldos are capable of generating 3.3V or 5.0V voltage rails that can be used to power external circuits.
