PM450DV1A120 Mitsubishi Electric's L1/V1 Series Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) enable higher power cycling capability in high-reliability inverters.IPMs are created by building in control and protection circuits into the IGBT module. The L1/V1 series improves power cycling capability compared to the L series, S-DASH SERVO series, and V series.The L1/V1 series IPMs have built-in protections including under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protections.The V1 series has low power loss and a compact package, making it suitable for inverters of 37 kW or more power and servo systems of 15 kW or more power.
