The TPS628132DQWRWYRQ1 is a pin-to-pin 3A synchronous DC/DC buck converter with high efficiency and ease of use. The TPS6281x-Q1 series devices are based on the peak current mode control topology. The TPS6281x-Q1 is designed for automotive applications such as infotainment systems and advanced driver assistance systems. The low resistance switch supports up to 4A continuous output current in high temperature environments. The switching frequency can be adjusted externally in the range of 1.8MHz to 4MHz, and it can also be synchronized to an external clock in this frequency range.
