The MCP3461RT-E/NC device is a 16-bit trigonometric integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with programmable data rates of up to 153.6 kSPS. It offers integrated features such as internal reference voltage sources, internal oscillators, temperature sensors, and burn-out sensor detection to reduce the number of system components and total solution cost. The ADC is fully configurable with an oversampling rate (OSR) ranging from 32 to 98304 and a gain range of 1/3x to 64x.
