The AT91SAM9XE256B-CU is a 32-bit ARM926EJ-S microprocessor (MPU) developed by Microchip Technology, featuring a 217-LFBGA package, and is primarily targeted at applications such as industrial control, embedded network devices, and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
