The RAA2113204GP3 is a 30V, 2A synchronous step-down switching regulator with current mode constant on-time (COT) control. This 6-pin TSOT23 package offers integrated high side (125 Mω) and low side (75 Mω) MOSFETs. The RAA211320 features a full range of protection features, including input undervoltage lock (UVLO), overcurrent protection (OCP), output undervoltage protection (OUVP) and overheat protection (OTP).
