The RAA2112304GP3 Synchronous step-down regulator is an integrated 24V, 3A switching regulator with current mode constant on-time (COT) control. The regulator has a static current of 400µA, a reference voltage of 0.765V (2% accuracy), and an internal soft start time of 0.8ms. The RAA211230 switching regulator integrates high side (85mΩ) and low side (45mΩ) MOSFETs. Typical applications include industrial power supplies, general purpose, embedded systems, and I/O power supplies.
