The LTC3307BHV is a very small, high efficiency, low noise, monolithic synchronous 3A step-down DC/DC converter that operates from 2.25V to 5.5V. Controlled in a constant frequency, peak current mode, with a switching frequency of 3MHz to 10MHz, and a minimum on-time as low as 22ns, the regulator features small external components for fast transient response. The quiet switching architecture minimises EMI emissions. Operate in forced continuous or pulse-skipping modes for low noise, or in low ripple burst mode for high efficiency at light loads.
