The ADS7052IRUGR is a 14-bit 1 MSPS SAR ADC that supports single-ended inputs in the 0V to AVDD range of 1.65V to 3.6V. The internal offset voltage calibration function maintains excellent offset voltage specifications throughout the AVDD and operating temperature range. The device's small size and extremely low power consumption make it ideal for space-constrained, battery-powered applications that require high-speed, high-resolution data acquisition.
