The MP5098GDT dual-channel electronic fuse provides 12V/5V, low quiescent current (IQ), low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), and dual-channel electronic fuse protection. This space-saving TQFN-10 (2 mm x 3 mm) package device provides current monitoring, protects output circuits from input transients, and protects input circuits from output shorts and transients.
