Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2013AGQ-33-AEC1 Linear Regulators are low power regulators that provide up to 15V from a maximum 40V input. These devices have low dropout and low quiescent supply currents and can operate at very low power levels. Both families offer a variety of fixed output voltage and adjustable output options. Output current is internally limited and overload and overtemperature protection is provided. Applications for the linear regulators include portable/battery-powered devices, ultra-low power microcontrollers, mobile phones and medical imaging.
