The BTN70301EPAXUMA1 half-bridge integrates SMART7 technology with protection and diagnostic functions. The half-bridge features InverseON, temperature limiting with intelligent latches, undervoltage turn-off and cross-current protection. The BTN7030-1EPA half-bridge diagnostic features include proportional load current detection for high side load currents, open load in the on/off state, and short circuit to ground or battery.

The BTN7030-1EPA half-bridge is ideal for electromechanical relays, fuses, discrete circuits, drive motors, solenids and current detection diagnostics, optimized for motor and solenoid valve applications.
