The LP5860MRKPR devices are a family of high performance LED matrix drivers. The devices integrate 18 constant current traps with N (N = 1/2/4/6/8/11) switching MOSFETs to support N × 18 LED dots or N × 6 RGB LEDs.The LP5860 integrates 11 MOSFETs to support up to 198 LED dots or 66 RGB LEDs.

The LP5860 supports both analogue and PWM dimming methods. For analogue dimming, each LED point can be adjusted in 256 steps. For PWM dimming, an integrated 8-bit or 16-bit configurable PWM generator provides smooth dimming control with no audible noise. Each LED point can also be arbitrarily mapped to an 8-bit group PWM for common dimming control.
