The TPS65301QPWPRQ1 power supply is a combination of a single switch-mode buck power supply and three linear regulators. It is a monolithic high-voltage switching regulator with an integrated 1.2A peak current switch, 45V power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), a low-voltage linear regulator, two voltage regulator controllers, and a protected sensor supply. There is a voltage monitor that monitors the output of the switched mode power supply, the 3.3V linear regulator and the 1.2V linear regulator.
