The LP873248RHDRQ1 is designed to meet power management requirements in automotive applications. The device features two step-down DC/DC converters that can be configured as a single two-phase regulator or two single-phase regulators, two linear regulators, and two general purpose digital output signals. The device is controlled by an I2C compatible serial interface and enable signals. Automatic PWM/PFM (AUTO mode) operation combined with automatic phase increase/decrease provides high efficiency over a wide output current range. Support for remote voltage sensing (differential in a two-phase configuration) compensates for the IR voltage drop between the regulator output and the point of load (POL) to improve output voltage accuracy.
