The MP86956GMJT is a monolithic half-bridge device with built-in power MOSFET and gate. The MP86956GMJT has a continuous output current of up to 70A output current over a wide input range. The monolithic IC approach can drive up to 70A per phase. The integration of the driver and MOSFET achieves high efficiency with optimal dead time and reduced parasitic inductance. Operating from 100kHz to 3MHz, they have many features that simplify system design.
