The MP86961DU-LF-Z is a monolithic half-bridge device with a built-in internal power MOSFET and gate driver. It achieves 20A continuous output current over a wide input supply range. High efficiency is achieved by optimising dead time control and reducing parasitic inductance. A monolithic IC designed for drive currents up to 20A per phase, packaged in a very small 5x5mm QFN package, and operating at 100kHz to 1kHz The IC is available with a 5V tri-state output controller. Ideal for laptop applications.
