The NCP302045MNTWG integrates a MOSFET driver, a high-side MOSFET, and a low-side MOSFET into a single package. The driver and MOSFET are optimised for high-current DC-DC step-down power conversion applications. The integrated solution significantly reduces package parasitics and board space compared to discrete component solutions.
