The MP86965GLVT is a monolithic half-bridge device with built-in power MOSFET and gate. The continuous output current over a wide input range is up to 60A output current. The monolithic IC approach can drive up to 60A per phase with integrated driver and MOSFET efficiency. It operates from 100kHz to 2MHz and has many features that simplify system design. It can be used with controllers that have tri-state PWM signals and provides accurate current sensing to monitor inductor current Temperature sensing reports junction temperature.
