The MP86936GRJT is a monolithic half-bridge IntelliPhaseTM solution with built-in power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves 60A continuous output current over a wide input range. The monolithic IC approach drives up to 60A per phase, and the integrated driver and MOSFET achieve high efficiency by optimising dead time and reducing parasitic inductance. The device can be tri-state PWM signalled with a controller with tri-state PWM signals and operates from 100kHz to 3MHz.
