The NCP303160MNTWG integrates a MOSFET driver, a high-side MOSFET, and a low-side MOSFET into a single package. The driver and MOSFETs are optimised for high current - DC buck power conversion applications. The integrated solution significantly reduces package parasitics and board space compared to discrete component solutions.
