The BQ25629RYKR is a highly integrated 2A switching mode battery charge management and system power path management device for single Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries. The solution is highly integrated between the system and the battery with built-in current detection, loop compensation, input reverse blocking FETs (RBFET, Q1), high-side switching FETs (HSFET, Q2), low-side switching FETs (LSFET, Q3) and battery FETs (BATFET, Q4). The device uses narrow VDC power path management to regulate the system voltage to slightly above the battery voltage, but not below the minimum configurable system voltage.
