The AT45DQ321-SHFHB-T is a serial interface sequential access flash memory with a minimum of 2.3V, ideal for a variety of digital voice, image, program code and data storage applications. The AT45DQ321 also supports dual I/O, quad I/O, and Rapids serial interfaces for applications requiring high-speed operation. Its 34,603,008-bit memory is organized into 8,192 pages, 512 bytes or 528 bytes per page. In addition to the main memory, the AT45DQ321 also contains two 512/528-byte SRAM buffers. The buffer allows data to be received when pages in main memory are reprogrammed. Interleaving between two buffers can significantly improve the system's ability to write a continuous stream of data.
