The P3T1085UKAZ is a temperature-to-digital converter with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C. It uses an on-chip bandgap temperature sensor and A-D conversion with over-temperature detection. The device contains several data registers, including a configuration register (Conf) to store device settings. The controller communicates via two-wire serial I3C (up to 12.5 MHz) and I2C (up to 3.4 MHz) interfaces. An alarm function is activated when the temperature exceeds the programmed limit.
