The P3T2030DUK is a temperature-to-digital converter with a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C. It uses an on-chip bandgap temperature sensor and an A-D converter with over-temperature detection. The device contains several data registers: Configuration registers store device settings such as the device temperature register (Temp) which stores digital temperature readings. The controller communicates via a two-wire serial I3C/I2C bus interface. It can be configured for different operating conditions. It can be set to normal mode or shutdown mode to minimise power consumption.
