The ACT4910QW121-T is a highly integrated power loss protection IC that provides backup storage power in the event of an input power failure. The built-in boost converter provides high-voltage energy storage, thus minimising the size of the storage capacitors required. The built-in buck converter regulates the storage voltage to a fixed output voltage. Its built-in back-to-back eFuse FETs provide bi-directional input-output isolation. The IC also provides hot-swap and inrush current control. Very flexible and easily configurable via I2C and external components.
