The ADP5075ACBZ is a dual-channel, high-performance dc-dc inverter regulator for generating negative power rails. The input voltage range from 2.85 V to 15 V supports a variety of applications. The integrated master switch produces an adjustable negative output voltage as low as 39 V below the input voltage. The ADP5075 has a built-in fixed or resistance-programmable soft-start timer to prevent inrush current during power-on. During shutdown, the regulator completely disconnects the input power load to achieve true shutdown.
