The TPS7A1650-Q1 ultra-low-power, low-dropout (LDO) regulator offers ultra-low quiescent current, high input voltage and a compact, high thermal performance package.

The TPS7A1650-Q1 is designed for continuous or sporadic (power backup) battery powered applications where ultra-low quiescent current is critical for extending system battery life.

The TPS7A1650-Q1 provides a standards-compliant enable pin (EN) CMOS logic and an integrated open-drain active-high power good output (PG) with user-programmable delays. These pins are intended for use in microcontroller based battery powered applications where the power rails need to be sequenced.

Additionally, the TPS7A1650-Q1 is ideal for generating low voltages providing multi-battery solutions ranging from high battery count power kits to automotive applications; not only can these devices provide a well regulated voltage rail, but they can also withstand and maintain voltage transients during regulation .
