The AD9694TCPZ is a four-channel, 14-bit, 500 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device has a built-in on-chip buffer and sample-hold circuit designed specifically for low power consumption, small size and ease of use. The device is designed for broadband analog signal sampling up to 1.4 GHz. The AD9694 is optimized for wide input bandwidth, high sampling rates, excellent linearity and low power consumption in a small package.
The four-channel ADC core uses a multistage, differential pipeline architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC has a wide bandwidth input and supports a wide range of input options for the user. Integrated reference voltage source simplifies design.
The AD9694 has a flexible power down option that significantly reduces power consumption when needed. All of these features can be programmed with a 1.8V, three-wire SPI. The AD9694 is available in a 72-pin lead-free LFCSP package with a temperature rating ranging from −40 °C to +105°C junction temperature range.
