The MAX25221BATJ/V is a 4-channel TFT-LCD power supply IC that provides symmetrical positive AVDD and negative NAVDD supplies as well as VGON and VGOFF gate supplies. In addition, a VCOM buffer (output voltage range above and below ground) and a temperature measurement module (MAX25221/B/C) are integrated. The devices contain non-volatile memory so that all output values can be calibrated (up to five times) throughout the life of the device.
