The MAX22216ATJY integrates four programmable 36V half-bridges. The MAX22216ATJY is designed to drive inductive loads such as switching solenoids, DC motors, proportional valves, bi-stable valves, relays, etc. The MAX22216 is capable of delivering up to 3.2 AFS of power per half-bridge, and is designed to operate in an ambient temperature of -40°C to +125°C. The device is available in a TQFN32 5mm x 5mm package.
