The BTS5090-1EJA is a 90 mΩ single-channel intelligent high-side power switch in a PG-DSO-8-43 EP exposed pad package that provides protection features and diagnostics. The power transistor is built from an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. The device integrates Smart6 technology. It is specifically designed to drive lamps up to 1 * P21W and LEDs in harsh automotive environments.
