The ADP5600ACPZ is an interleaved charge pump inverter with an integrated negative voltage, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator. This interleaved charge pump inverter has lower output voltage ripple and reflected input current noise than conventional charge pump inverters. The interleaved charge pump inverter reduces output voltage ripple and reflected input current noise compared to inductive or conventional capacitive solutions. Integrated LDOs provide rail power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) with good voltage regulation performance at sufficient PSRR.
