The TMC5160A-TA-T motor controller and driver ICs are general-purpose, high-voltage controller/drivers for two-phase, bipolar stepper motors with serial communication interfaces. These driver ICs can combine a flexible ramp generator for automatic target positioning with state-of-the-art stepper motor drivers. The motor drivers have a 20A coil current (external MOSFET), enabling highly dynamic high-torque drives using external transistors. These motor controller drivers have a resolution of 256 microsteps per full step, a voltage range of 8VDC to 60VDC, and are available in small form factor TQFP48 or QFN-56 packages.
