The SI8235AB-D-IM1 isolated driver integrates two separate isolated drivers in a single package. The driver has a peak output current of 4A and its maximum supply voltage is 24V. The SI8235 device uses Skyworks' proprietary silicon isolation technology to provide UL1577 voltage withstand up to 5 kVrms and fast propagation times of 45 ns. Ideal for MOSFET/IGBT gate drive isolation applications.
